A Dubai-based aftermarket parts distributor needed a reliable source of full engine gasket sets for Japanese and Korean vehicle models popular in the GCC market. Existing suppliers had inconsistent availability and quality, and the distributor wanted a manufacturer that could provide consistent supply with branded packaging for their growing dealer network across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.

Solution

We developed a catalog of 15 high-demand engine gasket set SKUs covering Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Hyundai models. Each kit was produced with our standard MLS head gasket and composite material gaskets. We provided custom packaging with the distributor's brand identity in both English and Arabic, and set up a quarterly ordering schedule aligned with their inventory cycle to ensure consistent stock levels.

Automotive Oil Filters

Challenge

A Brazilian auto parts importer wanted to launch a private-label oil filter line targeting independent repair shops and small parts retailers. They needed a manufacturer offering competitive pricing, consistent quality, and the ability to start with modest MOQs while building market presence. Existing suppliers required volumes they couldn't yet support, and quality from unbranded sources was inconsistent.

Solution

We started with an initial order of 3,000 units across 8 popular thread-size/application SKUs. Filters were produced with cellulose media, silicone anti-drain valves, and the buyer's private label printed on each box. After successful sales in the first quarter, the order volume scaled to 5,000 units/month. We provided inspection reports with each shipment and maintained the same pricing structure as volumes grew.

Thai Automotive Parts Trading Company

Automotive Sealing Parts

Challenge

A Bangkok-based trading company supplying repair shops across Thailand and Vietnam needed a consistent source of O-rings, oil seals, and rubber gaskets. Their customers required parts in multiple materials — standard NBR for general use, Viton for fuel system applications, and silicone for high-temperature engine environments. Previous suppliers had long lead times and inconsistent material quality.

Solution

We set up a multi-material production program covering 40 common O-ring sizes, 12 oil seal dimensions, and 8 gasket profiles in NBR, silicone, and Viton materials. Parts were produced in batches aligned with the buyer's quarterly demand forecast, with buffer stock held for urgent reorders. Each shipment included material certification and hardness test reports. We also developed 3 custom dust boot profiles based on samples provided by the buyer.

Hose Clamps & Filters

Challenge

A Nairobi-based wholesaler distributing to automotive parts shops across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda needed a consolidated supply program for hose clamps and oil filters. They were sourcing from multiple small suppliers with no consistency in pricing, quality, or packaging — making it difficult to build a recognizable product line and maintain stable retail pricing for their customers.

Solution

We designed a combined supply program: 12 SKUs of worm-drive hose clamps in 304 stainless steel (sizes 10mm–100mm) packaged in branded polybags with header cards, plus 6 popular oil filter SKUs in individual printed boxes. Products were consolidated into mixed 20ft container loads with optimized pallet configuration to minimize freight cost per unit. We provided the buyer with product specification sheets and images for their sales catalog.
