Production Capabilities

Gasket & Filter Production
CNC punching and die-cutting lines for gasket manufacturing. Filter production lines with media pleating, end cap bonding, canister forming, and 100% leak testing for oil filters. Air filter lines producing panel and cylindrical types with pleated cellulose and synthetic media options.
Rubber Sealing Parts
Compression, injection, and transfer molding for automotive rubber components. In-house compounding of NBR, silicone, Viton (FKM), and EPDM materials. O-rings, oil seals, gaskets, bushings, dust boots, grommets, and custom-molded profiles in hardnesses from 40 to 90 Shore A.
Quality Control & Export
Incoming material inspection, in-process dimensional checks, and final shipment review with documented inspection reports. Batch traceability from raw material to finished goods. Export documentation including Certificate of Origin, packing lists, and buyer-specific compliance requirements.
Our Story
Two decades of manufacturing experience in automotive parts
Iron Forge Auto was established in 2005 as a small manufacturing workshop producing automotive gaskets and sealing components. Over the years, we expanded our product range to include oil filters, air filters, and hose clamps — building expertise in each category through steady investment in production equipment and quality systems.
In 2011, we achieved ISO 9001 certification, formalizing our quality management approach. By 2014, we began exporting to international markets, and in 2021 we achieved IATF 16949 certification — the automotive industry's quality management standard. Today, we supply aftermarket distributors across the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and South America.
Our factory is located in china, where our team handles everything from production planning and quality inspection to export documentation and shipping coordination. We believe in straightforward communication, realistic lead times, and delivering what we promise.
